Renewal Fee

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Annual renewal fees help us fulfill our mission of promoting quality care and patient safety through the certification and continuing competency of ultrasound professionals. We are dedicated to providing our Registrants and the global Ultrasound Community with the highest and most comprehensive level of professional services and support.  

The renewal deadline is December 31, 2016. New Registrants that earn their credential December 1-31, 2016 have a February 28, 2017 deadline to renew. If you are a New Registrant (earning your credential in December 2016), click here.

Annual renewal fees for ARDMS certifications are:

Annual renewal fees, application fees, dues, contributions or gifts to ARDMS are not deductible as a charitable contribution for federal income tax purposes. These payments may be deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses under Section 162 of the Internal Revenue Code. ARDMS has been organized under Section 501(c)(6) of the IRC. The ARDMS tax identification number is 51-0184277. You may wish to consult your tax advisor for further assistance.

Once your ARDMS certifications are renewed, you can expect:

  1. An updated ARDMS identification (ID) card will be sent to you for the renewal year.  Please allow for up to four weeks to receive your 2017 ID card.  To receive your ID card by December 31, 2016, payment must be received by November 25, 2016.
  2. Your name is listed in the ARDMS Directory of Registrants through the renewal year.

If you miss the Renewal deadline, your certification(s) may be revoked. To be reinstated, please follow the Reinstatement procedure.
