With a commitment to excellence, innovation, and patient-centered care, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Vascular Ultrasound Technologist to join our dynamic team. Position Overview: We are currently hiring a full-time  Vascular Ultrasound Technologist to perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations in our state-of-the-art facility. The ideal candidate will be experienced in vascular ultrasound procedures and possess strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. Responsibilities: Conduct vascular ultrasound examinations to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of vascular conditions. Perform Doppler studies to assess blood flow and detect abnormalities. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnostic results. Maintain and operate ultrasound equipment, ensuring its proper functionality and calibration. Record and maintain patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Provide patient education and support to ensure a positive and comfortable experience during procedures. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols. A study presented at the American Society of Breast Surgeons Annual Meeting suggests that sentinel lymph node biopsy may be skipped by women with early-stage HR+HER2-breast cancer and a negative presurgical axillary ultrasound. The findings, based on the Sentinel Node vs. Observation After Axillary UltraSound trial in 2023, support careful implementation of removing surgical staging of the axilla among postmenopausal women with HR+HER2-breast cancer.
