Sonography Principles & Instrumentation (SPI) Practice Examinations 

ARDMS offers two versions of the online practice examination for SPI: SPIa and SPIb.  The SPI practice examination has 30 questions on each test and includes Advanced Item Types (AIT) questions (shown below) which assesses a candidate in practice setting formats.  

The two SPI versions (SPIa & SPIb) contain completely different questions. Unlike other ARDMS practice examinations, the questions on the SPI practice examinations do not change.

The practice examination opens in a separate "pop-up" window. If there is any software or program on your computer that blocks "pop-up" windows, you will need to disable it. Some Search Toolbars (i.e. Google or Yahoo) and Internet Security programs have features that also block pop-ups.
