ARDMS insignia products, including but not limited to certificates, sleeve patches and lapel pins are only to be purchased for and utilized by those individuals who are actively ARDMS-registered.  Orders for ARDMS insignia products submitted by someone other than the Registrant must include the name and ARDMS number of the intended product recipient, who must be an ARDMS Registrant (this excludes ARDMS Fact Books and Patient Brochures).  In addition, it is the responsibility of the party or parties ordering the ARDMS insignia products to make sure that all individuals wearing such products are actively ARDMS-registered.  ARDMS certification can be verified online by accessing the ARDMS Registrant Directory.

All ARDMS products are strictly prohibited for resale.
