ARDMS Practice Examinations

ARDMS offers thirty-question online practice tests through PearsonVUE for $25 each. As soon as your credit card payment is approved, your examination will begin. Once you have started, you must complete the exam. You will not be able to stop and return to the exam later.

The online practice tests simulate the computer interface used in the actual testing center environment and allow you to become familiar with the following functions:

Selecting answers with the mouse
Selecting answers with the keyboard
Scrolling
Keeping track of remaining time and questions
Marking questions for review
Using the review feature

The practice tests' duration is thirty (30) minutes, allowing approximately one minute to answer each question. You will be prompted when there is 10 minutes remaining to complete the examination. Please note that the practice tests may not include all content areas that will be covered in the actual testing center examination.

You will receive a test-result report when you complete the online practice examination. The report will list the number of questions answered correctly out of the total number of questions presented; however, you will not be able to view which questions you answered incorrectly. While the report is an indication of your knowledge, the practice tests results should not be used to predict how well you will perform on the actual testing center examination.

The practice examination opens in a separate "pop-up" window. You will need to disable software or programs on your computer that block "pop-up" windows. Some Search Toolbars (i.e. Google or Yahoo) and Internet Security programs have features that also block pop-ups.
