ARDMS Identification (ID) Cards
New Registrants – You will receive a temporary ARDMS Identification (ID) card that verifies your Registry status and lists the new credential(s) you hold. The temporary ID card expires December 31, the year you earned your credential(s). In order to receive your official ARDMS ID card, you must pay the annual renewal fee.
Existing Registrants – Each year, ARDMS assesses Registrants an annual renewal fee. In order to maintain your existing active status (credential(s)) and receive your official ARDMS ID card, you must pay the annual renewal fee on or before December 31.
