Official Rules

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

1. Eligibility: This Contest is open only to currently active ARDMS Registrants.
2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant ("You") agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Inteleos as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Contest.
3. Contest Period: Entries will be accepted online only, starting May 6, 2025 and ending May 31, 2025. All entries must be received by May 31, 2025. Entries received after May 31, 2025 will not be eligible for the Contest.
4. How to Enter: The Contest may be entered by completing the online form on https://www.ardms.org/50years/free-renewals/. The entry must fulfill all Contest requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Inteleos.
5. Prizes: The Winner(s) of the Contest (the "Winner") will receive a waived 2026 annual renewal fee valued at $95.00. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted. The prize is non transferable. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Inteleos to post Winner's name for purposes of advertising, or as may be required by law, without further Compensation or consideration, in perpetuity. If Winner wishes to remain anonymous, they must notify Inteleos in writing at the time they accept the prize. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all international federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner.
6. Winner Selection and Notification: Fifty (50) winners will be randomly selected under the supervision of Inteleos. Winners will be notified via their email address submitted on the form, by the end of June 2025. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 14 days from the time the award notification email was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, they will forfeit their prize and an alternate Winner will be selected.
7. Privacy Policy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Inteleos website.
8. The Contest is subject to all applicable international, federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is Void where prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability: By entering you agree to release and hold harmless Inteleos and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, whether caused by negligence or not.

ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNER (at Inteleos's sole discretion) WILL RESULT IN WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE CONTEST, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
