Prerequisites for Musculoskeletal Sonography Credentials
The MSKS examination for sonographers is part of a larger initiative to expand and customize MSK ultrasound assessments within the medical community. In 2015, ARDMS expanded our MSK ultrasound assessments. Click here to read the full RMSKS announcement
The MSKS examination is a windowed examination that is administered during select times of the year at Pearson VUE test centers. Scores for each windowed examination period are available approximately 60 days after the testing period ends.

The RMSKS credentialing programs is accredited by ANSI under the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 17024 Standard.
