We are excited to present Simple Steps on How to Move Right to Feel Right: Secrets to Playing, Working, and Living Pain Free as a Sonographer!  an Inteleos-sponsored webinar hosted by Mark “Coach Rozy” Roozen with content from Doug Wuebben. Coach Rozy and Doug are co-founders of Live Pain Free — The Right Moves, which helps folks move right and exercise right to eliminate pain and movement problems in work, life, and play.  

Listeners will:

  • Learn how to use ergonomics, equipment, and exercise – the 3E’s – to eliminate pain at work.

Mark “Coach Rozy” Roozen, M.Ed, CSCS,*D, NSCA-CPT, TSAC-F, FNSCA

Mark, or known as “Coach Rozy,” has his Master’s Degree in HPERD, with emphasis in Exercise Physiology.  He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), a Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT), a Tactical Strength and Conditioning Coach & Facilitator (TSAC-F) and a Fellow of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (FNSCA).  He has been in the Strength, Conditioning and Performance field for over 28 years. 

Coach has worked with teams from high school to the professional ranks as a Sports Coach and Strength and Performance Coach.  Five years ago, Coach founded Coach Rozy Performance – Powered by Avera with headquarters in Yankton, SD.  Before that he was with the Cleveland Browns of the NFL on their Strength and Conditioning StaffCoach Rozy has presented and consulted around the world with various sport and fitness groups and organizations. Doug Wuebben

Doug is a retired 20-year veteran as a former registered diagnostic sonographer with the ARDMS, in Adult and Pediatric Echocardiography.  Doug was also a Fellow with the American Society of Echo, and has been published, as well as having presented nationally and internationally on the topic of sonographer injury. The education that ‘Coach Rozy’ and he provide was a result of his own pain and injury struggles, and how doing the right things the right way, allowed him to completely cure his pain and injury issues, and blessed him with a pain free career.  Sonographer job related pain and injury is an epidemic, as many of you are well aware. “Our education offers the ability for sonographers to enjoy the pain free career that I had.”
