An ARDMS Identification (ID) card validates your Active certification status with us. You will receive an ID card each time you:
• Earn an ARDMS credential
• Earn additional specialties or credentials
• Renew your annual registry
• Request a replacement ID card from Registrant Services
You will receive a temporary ARDMS ID card in your certification packet that verifies your Registry status and lists the new credential(s) you hold. The temporary ID card expires December 31, the year you earned your credential(s).
Lost or misplaced your card?
Please contact the Customer Care/Registrant Services Department at 1-800-541-9754 between the hours of 9:00 am to 4:00pm EST or email RSGeneralInfo@ARDMS.org to request a replacement ID card.
