Deck the Halls with FREE Renewals! ARDMS SKILLS App Quiz Contest Rules

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  

1. Eligibility: This Contest is open only to currently active ARDMS Registrants. 
2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Inteleos as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Contest. 
   1. Contest Period: Any ARDMS Registrant who completes the designated quizzes within the ARDMS SKILLS App beginning December 18, 2023, and ending by 11:59 PM PST on December 21, 2023, will be automatically entered to win. Those Registrants who wish to be excluded may email ARDMSSKILLSApp@inteleos.org to request removal.   
3. How to Enter: The Contest may be entered through the free ARDMS SKILLS App: no other communication is necessary. To qualify, Registrants must download the app, log in with their ARDMS ID number and password, and successfully complete a Q1 2023 Specialty Quiz within the app. Please note that successful completion of a quiz requires a score with a minimum of 8/10 answers correct. Only one successfully completed quiz is necessary to be entered into the Contest. Completing more than one quiz will not increase your chances to win. Only one successfully completed quiz by an ARDMS Registrant will be entered into the Contest.

• • Automatic entry. No separate entry or purchase required. 
  • Registrants who are unable to complete a quiz due to smartphone restrictions or technical errors may participate in the Contest by downloading, completing, and submitting an alternate entry form to be received by the same deadline, 11:59 PM PST on December 21, 2023.
  • The Contest is available to active ARDMS Registrants only. The entry must fulfill all Contest requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Inteleos. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Inteleos. 

5. Prizes: The Winner(s) of the Contest (the “Winner”) will receive a waived 2024 annual renewal fee valued at $95.00. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted. The prize is non transferable. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Inteleos to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for  purposes of advertising and trade without further Compensation or consideration, in perpetuity. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all international federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner.
6. Winner Selection and Notification: Ten (10) winners will be randomly selected under the supervision of Inteleos. Winners will be notified via their email address on file with ARDMS, by the end of December. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 7 days from the time the award notification email was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, they will forfeit their prize and an alternate Winner will be selected. 

ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNER (at Inteleos’s sole discretion) WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE CONTEST, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED. 

7. Privacy Policy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Inteleos website.
8. The Contest is subject to all applicable international, federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is Void where prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability: By entering you agree to release and hold harmless Inteleos and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, whether caused by negligence or not.
